Are the Party Rooms wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately no. ​Stairs will need to be climbed to access the party and splatter/slime/karaoke rooms.

Can I get more details about each activity?
Yes, please visit each activities page for more details. 

How do we book?!
We know you have lots of party venues to choose from, so we're happy you are choosing to party with us! Just click BOOK NOW and select your desired party, date, and time-slot. Your initial submission will be a "booking request" to us and we will promptly respond back by confirming or denying your request. If the request is denied, please give us a call at 513-675-0525 so we can give you alternative times/dates. Your party is not finalized until you have paid your deposit and received a booking confirmation. 

Is payment in full due at time of booking?
No, a $100 deposit is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Our system will automatically charge the card on file the remaining balance if it is not paid 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation. 

Is the one free admission already factored into the price?​
Yes, the free admission is already factored into the package price. Party packages do not have a per person price rather includes admission for up to 10 total guest (including celebrated person). ​No refund will be issued is there are less than 10 participants. 

Can I add-on additional guest?​
Yes! Additional guest can be added at time of booking. However the party room can only accommodate a maximum of 12 guest. 

Are activities on a set schedule?​
Yes. Activity are on a set schedule. The timing of the Karaoke/OTR GAMES/Bubble party will be coordinated by the Host and organizer but typically happens at the end of the party reservation. ​

What games will be played if OTR Games is selected as 2nd activity? ​
Each party package comes with time blocked off for our OTR GAMES! These are fun and exciting party games fit for all ages. Your game host will have a curated list of 3 -4 games to be played based on the time available, age range, number of people, and the game hosts' intuition of which ​games will be the best for the group. The party organizer and participants do not choose the games (we know which games will work best!) but to get a sense of how OTR GAMES works please visit the OTR GAMES page.

Are tables & chairs provided?
Yes tables and chairs are provided.​

Are decorations/cake/drinks/food provided? ​
No decorations, cake, drinks, or food are provided. Guest are more than welcome to bring in decorations, food, cake, ice cream, and non-alcoholic beverages for the party.  

What is the capacity limit of the party room?
Space in the ​party room is limited and can only accommodate 12 total people including party guest and non-participating guests.
